Q: What is the GaryVeeStan Challenge?

A: The GaryVeeStan Challenge (Gary x Stan) is an 8-week competition where creators use Stan to launch digital products and compete to generate the most sales. The top 10 earners and 5 “wildcard” winners will win a trip to New York to meet Gary Vaynerchuk & team at VaynerMedia

Q: When does it run?

A: October 8, 2025 – December 12, 2025. Winners will be announced on or about December 19, 2025.

Q: Who can enter?

A: The Challenge is only open to entrants who are legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona, Louisiana, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates (within a Free Zone Establishment), or United Kingdom, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and who have an active account on the Platform. Q: How do I join?

1. Go to garyvee.stan.store and sign up.
   • New members pay $300.
   • Existing Stan members pay $200.
2. Launch at least one live digital product on Stan (no external links; no products already sold for $555+ GMV elsewhere).
3. Optional: Join the Community Hub and post with #garyveestanchallenge, tagging @StanForCreators and @garyvee

Q: Do I have to use social media?

A: It’s encouraged but not required. If you do, use #garyveestanchallenge and tag @StanForCreators and @Garyvee

Q: Do I need to use the Community Hub?

A: No, it’s optional. It’s just a space to connect, ask questions to Gary and the Stan Team, and learn from others

Q: How much does it cost?

A: $300 for new Stan users, $200 for existing members. Invitees can enter free with a unique code

Q: Do I get a refund if I change my mind?

A: Yes. If you request and obtain a refund, you’re no longer eligible to enter or win the challenge.

• If you signed up on or before Oct 8, you can request a full refund by Oct 11.
• If you signed up on or after Oct 9, you have 7 days from signup.
• After that, no refunds

Q: What happens after the Challenge ends?

A: New Stan user’s subscription auto-renews one year from your signup date at $300/year You may cancel at any time.

Q: I already have Stan — do I still pay $300?

A: No, existing Stan members pay $200

Q: What do winners get?

A: Winners are invited to spend half a day at VaynerMedia in New York on or about Jan 13, 2026 to meet GaryVee and his team. Prize includes round-trip economy airfare (if you live more than 250 miles away), plus 2 nights’ hotel accommodation. Each prize has an ARV of $1474 which includes and two (2) nights’ accommodation at the Sponsor’s choice of hotel in New York, NY one room, single occupancy ((ARV: $474), subject to availability). ARV of all prizes: $22,110

Q: How are winners picked?

• Top 10 Winners: Highest GMV (gross merchandise value) sales during the Challenge.
• 5 Wildcard Winners: Selected by a judging panel, based on:
   • Revenue (20%)
   • Leads (20%)
   • Uniqueness (20%)
   • Creativity (20%)
   • Social media presence (20%)
   • *Must have at least $555 GMV

Q: What if there’s a tie?

• A: The tie-breaker is revenue generated

Q: What if I break the rules?

A: Stan may remove anyone from the Challenge or Hub at its sole discretion for cheating, inappropriate behavior, or violations

Q: Can I sell a product that links to another site?

A: No. All sales must be directly through Stan

Q: Do past sales count?

A: No. Only sales made between Oct 8 – Dec 12, 2025 count

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on prizes?

A: Yes. U.S. winners with prizes valued over $600 will receive a 1099. International winners are responsible for their own local taxes

Q: How will I know if I won?

A: Winners will be notified by email on or about Dec 19, 2025

Q: What if my travel gets delayed?

A: Flights and hotels are subject to change. No cash alternative will be provided
